1. Who we are
We are Purxiy, a business based in the United States. You can reach us by email at [email protected], through a ticket in your dashboard or on our Discord server.
In these terms, “we” means us, “you” means the person who buys or uses Purxiy, and “Purxiy” means the client, its updates and the website it is sold on.
2. What you get
Purxiy is a client mod for Minecraft: Java Edition on Fabric. When you buy a plan, you get a licence to download and use Purxiy on your own devices, together with the updates that belong to your plan. The software, its code, design and name remain ours. You are buying the right to use Purxiy, not the software itself.
3. Your licence
Your licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not:
- share, sell, rent out or give away your licence, account or download;
- publish Purxiy or parts of it anywhere;
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or change Purxiy, except where the law allows you to;
- remove or get around licence checks or other protections.
4. Minecraft and servers
Purxiy is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. To use it you need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition, and you must follow the Minecraft EULA and Microsoft’s terms.
Every server decides which clients and mods it allows. You are responsible for following the rules of the servers you play on. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions or other measures taken by server owners, Mojang or Microsoft.
5. Plans and prices
- Monthly costs €9.99 for 30 days of access. It does not renew by itself: you buy another 30 days whenever you like, and they add on to the time you have left.
- Lifetime costs €14.99, paid once. “Lifetime” means access to Purxiy and its updates for as long as we offer Purxiy, not for the lifetime of the buyer. If we ever stop offering Purxiy, you may keep using the last version you received.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are handled by our payment provider; its terms also apply to the payment itself. We may change prices for new purchases; a new price never applies to time you already paid for.
6. Pre-orders
Until Purxiy is released, every purchase is a pre-order. Purxiy will be released on or before 9 November 2026.
- Your licence is made and put on your account (or on your email address) as soon as your payment is confirmed. Until the release there is nothing to download yet; on release day the download opens in your dashboard.
- Monthly starts its 30 days on release day, not on the day you pay. If the release comes later than 9 November 2026, your 30 days start later with it.
- Changing your mind: you may withdraw within 14 days of buying (article 8). Nothing has been delivered yet during a pre-order, so you get your money back in full.
- If the release is late: if Purxiy is not released by 9 November 2026, you may cancel your pre-order and get a full refund at any time until it is released. If the date changes, we let you know by email.
7. When Monthly ends
Monthly does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and we never charge you again unless you buy again. Your access runs until the 30 days you paid for are over; your dashboard shows the date. We do not refund the rest of a period, unless the law says we must.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
- Lifetime is digital content. Before your first download we ask for your explicit consent to receive it straight away and for your acknowledgement that you then lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirm this by email. Until you give that consent, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains.
- Monthly can be withdrawn from within 14 days of buying it. If you asked us to start straight away, we may deduct a proportional amount for the days you already had access. During a pre-order your 30 days have not started yet, so nothing is deducted.
To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract on our website (linked at the bottom of every page) or send us a clear message with your order number by email to [email protected] or through a ticket in your dashboard. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We confirm your withdrawal by email straight away and refund you within 14 days, in the same way you paid.
9. Refunds and chargebacks
Your legal rights always apply. On top of them we may refund you at our discretion, for example when Purxiy does not run on your system and we cannot fix it. Please contact us before asking your bank for a chargeback: while a chargeback is open, we may pause your licence.
10. Updates
We keep Purxiy working with the Minecraft versions it supports, as stated on our website, and we provide the updates needed to keep it doing what we promised. We may add, change or remove features over time. Purxiy depends on Minecraft, Fabric and your own system: a new Minecraft version can stop it from working until we release an update. Your legal rights regarding faulty digital content remain unaffected.
11. Fair use
Do not use Purxiy or our services to break the law, to harass other people or to attack or overload our systems.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your access, or by fraud. If we end your licence for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part you have not used yet. You may stop using Purxiy at any time.
13. Liability
We are liable for damage as far as the law makes us liable. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost worlds, lost progress or lost data, nor for bans by servers, unless the damage was caused by our intent or gross negligence. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
14. Privacy
We only process the personal data we need to sell and deliver Purxiy and to run your account: your username, your email address, your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google, your password if you sign in with email (we only keep it in a form that cannot be turned back into the password), your licence and the device it is bound to, the Minecraft accounts the client reports for your username so friends recognise you, your tickets and crash reports, your review and, if you link it, your Discord account. If you share your affiliate link, we also keep which purchases came through it and the payout details you send us; someone who opens an affiliate link gets a cookie with its code for 30 days (article 18). The details are in our Privacy Policy.
The statistics in Purxiy’s Profile are kept on your own computer. Only if you turn on syncing with your dashboard does the client send them to us (playtime, distance, blocks and similar counters; never your chat or your route), and when you turn it off we delete them.
15. Under 16
If you are younger than 16, please ask a parent or guardian to buy Purxiy for you, or to agree to your purchase.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or Purxiy changes. We tell you about important changes in advance. If you have Monthly and do not agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
17. Law and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and where that law gives you the right, you may bring a dispute that we cannot solve together before the court of your place of residence.
18. Affiliate programme
Everyone with a Purxiy account has a personal link in their dashboard. When someone opens your link and buys Purxiy within 30 days, you earn 10% of what they paid (after discounts, VAT included). Purchases by you, by your other accounts or with your own email address do not count.
- Opening an affiliate link stores a cookie with the link’s code for 30 days, and the account of a signed-in visitor remembers the link, so we know whose link a purchase came through.
- A commission is on hold for 14 days. If the purchase is refunded or charged back before the commission is paid out, the commission is cancelled.
- From €50 you can claim your balance with a payout ticket in your dashboard. We pay by hand, by PayPal, bank transfer or crypto, to the details you give us; you are responsible for them being correct. Fees your bank, PayPal or wallet charge you are yours.
- Do not spam your link, make claims about Purxiy that are not true, pretend to be us, or buy search ads on the name Purxiy. Commissions from such activity or from fraud are cancelled, and we may close the programme to you.
- You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Taking part does not make you our employee, partner or agent.
- We may change or end the programme. Commissions earned before a change keep the rules they were earned under.
